This is a rather simple filter used for filtering string values with mutliple words/tokens.
Why specifically look for this? Because often there's a lot of special handling taking place for multiple words as opposed to single word values. For example, if you have a "first name" field that contains multiple words, then it is likely that one of the words is actually a "middle name". You can also imagine similar filterable scenarios for technical keywords and other tokens in a database.
