Hi,
I want to use the data cleaner tool, but I do not have instal rights on the machine were I need to install it. Requesting it to be installed will take me ages. Is there a way to make the data cleaner portable?

Hi StefV,
I would even say that DC by default is portable. There simply isn't any installer :-) So you can simply unzip it on your local desktop or whatever, and start using it. Alternatively you can use the webstart version (click the Java WebStart link on the downloads page) which installs through your browser. I've heard many consultant-type users like that if Java is allowed to install on the machine.

Thanks! I got it working and indeed I should have kept investigating it some longer as there is no real install needed.
As indicated before on this forum, too bad there isn't an export/save to pdf functionality for the analysis reports, but the copy works fine for now :-). Nice work on the tool in general!
