HTTP Proxy is not yet supported but I can see to it that it enters the app shortly! (shouldn't be a biggie)...

As a temporary solution, can I ask you to try to add these parameters to your datacleaner.exe/.sh/.cmd call (example):
(replace "my.proxy.host" and "1234" with your proxy hostname and port).
datacleaner.cmd -Dhttp.proxyHost=my.proxy.host -Dhttp.proxyPort=1234

Okay. I've added issue #269 so that you can configure proxy in settings.
